This will be DBSC’s 12th annual Walk-A-Thon!!!
Simply fill out the form below to register or volunteer. Please note: You will still need to download and print the Walk A Thon Flyer 2014 or pick one up at DBSC. The flyer has all the info you need when requesting sponsors, as well as, the waiver you need to sign. When done, you can use the Pay Pal button to pay your registration.
